Returns & Exchanges

This Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy outlines how “Race Committee, L.L.C.” manages returns, exchanges, and refunds.

RETURN POLICY

A. One Design

All “One Design” products are final sale and are not eligible for return. In limited circumstances, “Race Committee, L.L.C.” may authorize a return on a case-by-case basis. “Race Committee, L.L.C.” reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request.

B. The Archive by Race Committee

All “The Archive by Race Committee ” products are final sale and are not eligible for return. In limited circumstances, “Race Committee, L.L.C.” may authorize a return on a case-by-case basis. “Race Committee, L.L.C.” reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request.

C. All Other Products 

Returns are accepted on other products sold, unless otherwise specified in the Return Policy and/or the product page.  Returns may be authorised by contacting “Race Committee, L.L.C.” and requesting a return. “Race Committee, L.L.C.” has the right to refuse returns and/or refunds at their discretion.

Products must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. Shipping fees along with international duties & taxes are not refundable. The cost of return shipment must be paid by customer, unless otherwise noted. Return shipment will not value greater than original shipment cost.

EXCHANGE POLICY

A. Eligibility

Exchanges are permitted for products that are not (A) One Design and (B) The Archive. Items must be in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, damage, tears, or other signs of use.

B. Process

To request an exchange, customers must contact “Race Committee, L.L.C.”  for authorisation. Exchanges are subject to product availability.“Race Committee, L.L.C.”  may refuse an exchange request at its discretion.

C. Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending back the original item unless otherwise noted. Outbound shipping will be the same as original purchase unless otherwise noted. 

REFUND POLICY

A. Refund Approval

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received at the original point of origin and inspected. “Race Committee, L.L.C.” . may refuse a refund if the item does not meet eligibility requirements.

B. Eligibility Requirements

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, damage, tears, or other signs of use.

C. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
