Race Committee was founded by siblings and lifelong competitive sailors, Reid Secondo and Sloane Carlisle Kratzman.
Reid Secondo
Reid brings a career in venture capital and consulting, steering the brand’s growth and development with a touch of personal panache. His conviction that performance and style are inseparable defines Race Committee’s disciplined yet sophisticated character.
Sloane Carlisle Kratzman
Sloane draws on experience in luxury markets, creative consultancy, and photography to shape the brand’s design and identity. With respect for provenance and a natural instinct for effortless style, she translates sailing heritage into a visual language for a new era.
